Frappe ERPNext Development and Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need an experienced Frappe / ERPNext developer, with an excellent understanding of Version 15, to assist me in the enhancement and migration of my system.
Ideally conversant with Python programming language including the following Python Libraries python-docx , py2pdf, python-Dropbox
Our ERPNext system is deployed on our own servers and is not on the Frappe Cloud
Our current ERPNext system has been modified using an external app and several Python functions have already been added and are partially/ Fully functional, our requirements is to expand these functions and develop this further, all current code will be available via GitHub as required
Scope Requirements
We have several modified existing and new doctypes within our system, our requirements are:
we need to be able to extract specific linked records and put this information in to specific template files (Word Template, Excel, PDF Form Template) and save these in to a specified location in our filesystem.
Extract records and enter this information in to a word template and save the form fully populated
Extract record images and enter this information in to a word template and save the form fully populated
Extract records and enter this information in to a PDF Form and Save the form fully populated
All functions to happen when a button is pressed on the Doctype
Some of this information extracted may be several records from the same doctype all filtered using a specific field so several documents may be created
The responsibilities for the role will include:
1. **New Feature Development**:
- Designing and implementing custom reports.
- Automating workflows.
- Integrating with other systems.
2. **Data Migration**:
- Safely importing existing data into the upgraded system.
The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of Frappe / ERPNext, specifically version 12. They will also have experience with custom report creation, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
