Description:
I need an experienced freelancer to create a web scraper for Fotocasa.es that extracts real estate listings based on specific filters. My priority is to receive the data urgently in CSV format, and also get a reusable Python script that I can run later (preferably in Google Colab).

Status: With or without possession (occupied or free)
Second deliverable:
A Python script that:
Can be run in Google Colab (preferred) or locally

Export data to CSV
Uses minimal dependencies (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Requests, Pandas)
