Forex Indicator for a prop firm

Hi, i am looking for a skilled python developer with knowledge on forex ea development.
Our client wants a ea developed to monitor their students trades in a challenge.
Similar to ftmo.
Our issue is providing the account. Would it be best for us to create a demo account for the user or they provide their own demo account.
What we want to achieve is the following :
1. Trader will get ea/ bot they install and provide license key.
2. The ea or bot will monitor each trade made by user and send the information of their current trades, open trades and closed trades to a server or application.
3. We want to monitor the trades and if certain criteria is met such as :
Trading Period of 30 days
Maximum Daily Loss
Maximum Loss
Profit Target
We want to show these stats to users and ourselves as a prop firm.
