Forex Artificial Neural Network (ANN) python coder

I am looking for someone to code in python an ANN script to work on FX pairs and auto execute in Alpaca or Interactive brokers. 5m to daily time frames.
-code a model to execute trades based on historical data.
-the model should be able to back test different variables using tick data supplied for each pair.
-need to be able to research existing models and modify or code from scratch
