Flutter and Django developer
We are a Xoogler co-founded startup, looking for a rockstar fullstack Django and Flutter developer that would like to not only be a freelancer but a real co-founder of our social audio app with already over a million members.
For now we are looking for a person that could contribute at least 20 hours per week to develop a social audio functionality with Django, Flutter and Agora SDK.
We are organized as a remote DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) and distribute work, money, ownership democratically.

We founded a dating site 10 years ago, a site that matched people according to IQ and personality tests. We left after 2 years but just reacquired the company and rebuilt it. It is about to launch. The new website is https://vera.social
We already have built a strong team of psychologists, engineers, designers, and marketers and have redeveloped the app with beautiful code. However, now we want to have audio conversations developer that would grow the company with us to a unicorn.

Work together with our great team of 3 cofounders, developers to take on the responsibility of adding audio rooms using agora.io

These are thing that you should have:
Superior intelligence
Over one year experience in flutter development, and over 3 years experience in front end development
Over two years experience in Python and Django
Entrepreneurial experience is a plus

We have developed several world class psychometric tests that accurately predict compatibility and have been taken almost 20 million times on our site. We are using these tests to match users to the real time conversations.
?Time commitment & compensations
Most of the founders are still working part-time and all are remote.
Your time involvement could start with as low as 20 hours per week.
Your compensation packages would be comparable to all other co-founders. It is a combination of both cash and shares.
We would prefer to pay on milestones, up to 5000 USD for adding the functionality of audio rooms. We believe this would take around 2 months.
In addition, we pay shares of the company according to an hourly rate.
?Get ownership in the company
Besides the monetary compensation we offer share ownership of the company and the same agreement terms as the other co-founders; so even though other founders have already started the company you still get the same terms. In fact, if you work more than the existing team you could end up with more ownership.
