Flutter Developer for User Data Scraping -- 2

I'm searching for a dedicated Flutter developer who can efficiently scrape user device information for a flutter app. the device would scrap user demographic information, location (approximate), app usage to make a profile. I do not need you to create the profile. the only work would be to make a script to fetch this data and process in a format for the machine learning to be performed. please check the data format i shared. please bid only if you want to work and on a budget of 25 euros.
