Flask web app

I am looking for a reliable freelancer to help me with the development of a bFlask web app. The primary purpose of this web app is to create a student information system. I have a detailed list of design and functional requirements that must be met for the project, and I am looking for these to be completed within 3 days (since it's very very simple no need for design just functionality).
