Flask based - Login and OAuth complete code (including HTML)

I have built a simple website using Flask framework. Now, I wanted to implement Flask based user login (login manager) and authenticate feature that includes user registration through email sent passcode, Flask-Dance / Oauth with Google. I have awareness of these libraries but I need an expert who can do this for me in short time. Work includes creating end to end Python code for login and that creates models (Sqlite db) and some HTML (nice forms) that can integrate with my website. I can provide detailed requirements if you have the right experience in this field.
