Flask OpenCV project code edit

I am working on an OpenCV flask project with very less documentation and need help in refactoring certain parts of the codebase. I want to refactor two specific modules of the project(two python files). I need someone experienced in OpenCV, pandas, and flask to work with me on this, I'll be working with you on a zoom call so we can finish the work faster. The project is sort of legacy code but not exactly that so only experienced devs apply!!!
