Flask Dashboard PWA

I want someone who knows Flask Fullstack dev. To create a PWA with login system, chunked txt files upload, a queue to analyse the txt files in order to avoid crashs. I already have the script to generate data about the files and prepare it to the database. Each txt file analysed will generate information to display on the mainpage of the user.
