Flarum to phpBB Migration Script

I'm looking for a Python developer to create a migration script. The script should convert an existing Flarum forum SQL dump into a phpBB-compatible version.

Requirements:
- Preserve all forum data and user accounts
- Convert Flarum forum tags to phpBB categories and import discussions
- Migrate all threads and posts into their relevant categories
- Create an initial admin user account

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with SQL and database migrations
- Familiarity with Flarum and phpBB
