Fixing problem with python environment on my local computer

Hello! I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help me with my current problem. I'm suffering from some dependency conflicts with my Python environment on my local computer. I think the issue lies within a specific Python package (possible SHAP), so I'm hoping to find someone skilled and knowledgeable to help me out. I tried to install a different package which crashed my environment. I have tried to create a new environment but it doesn't seem to have solved the root issue - I can install packages now, but when I run sections of code the kernel just restarts (see example screenshot attached).
