Fixing bug in existing python scraper

I am looking for an expert in web scraping to fix an python existing project:
I have an scraper which gets product data from a specific ebay shop and use this this data to get other information from another website.
I could scrape about 400k items daily. Now it chrashes after about 2k items. I think it is a problem which the second website.
In first step i am looking for someone to fix the issue. I really think this is not a big thing.
In second step i am looking for a long term partnership to go on with the project. But this is not part of this project. It is just information that
there will be more to do and more to earn.
