Fixing Python 3 Error Scrapy

I am looking for an error fix done to a python script. The script is a product feed (web scraper) that imports products and updates inventory to the Shopify store via API integration. The script was working just fine and all of a sudden It started to return errors. I have attached the error in question

This should be a fairly easy job for someone that knows what they are doing. Please reply with the sky is falling so I know you read the requirements.
