Fix and update a Python code -- 2

Does a reading of a genome file and writes on an excel file accordingly.

The problem is that can't read a full genome file.

So it was patched with this one: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16P0sfNNZYcLh8-JHVghPCqLDs6kWfKag?usp=sharing

But still doesn't look working.

I need you to fix that asap.
