Fix python okta login issue: cookie_state = request.COOKIES["okta-oauth-state"]

We have a python django app with okta installed. django-okta-auth==0.8.0.
When authorising, it successfully connects with the okta DB and then gives a Key Error on this line:
cookie_state = request.COOKIES["okta-oauth-state"]
