Fix python and html code of a Flask application

Hello i have a Flask application in python that extract info from a pdf file and upload it to a website, and i created two html pages one to submit credentials and upload files to be parsed, and another one showing modifying and confirming extracted data. There are some bugs in the code, i need someone to fix the code, and also add a html page to display the progress bar when extracting and uploading the data and finally displaying the data correctly or not correctly uploaded
