Fix openidc to use libhiredis0.14 / Ubuntu / Azure Authentication

PHP 7.4.3
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
When Users go to a python or php page on the server they need to be authenticated via Azure.
The page(s) are accessed via Chrome or Edge.

Almost got it to work using the default Ubuntu packages, but not quite.
Then used https://github.com/zmartzone/mod_auth_openidc/releases (2.4)
Error message: Package libhiredis0.13 is not installed
Tried to rebuild the package to use 0.14, however its still not working.
