Fix Python program build for Gmail.

We have an email automation python program that does not work properly. It works perfectly fine but the attachment encoding is not working.
So I think it is just a simple fix something like update function args.
This Python script relies on an OAuth 2.0 Client ID to work. It connects to Gmail and anytime an email is received it triggers a script to forward the email (with attachments if available) to a list of contacts.
Your job is to fix the script to allow documents to be forwarded in their original format.
