Fix Python API Between Shipstation and MintSoft
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have developed an API that connects ShipStation with Mintsoft (Warehouse Manager).
Works as follows:
1- Order is created in Mintsoft
2- Order syncs from Mintsoft to ShipStation (also we map third-party shipping accounts depending on the order)
3- We print the order on Shipstation
4- Tracking information is sent back to Mintsoft
5- Orders on Mintsoft are marked as Dispatched
The problem:
The API is not working properly for the last two days. The orders are going from Mintsoft to Shipstation, but the tracking information is not coming back from Shipstation to Mintsoft. We need help to check and fix this.
The API was developed on Google Cloud and Python.
