Fix Poker Platform and implement new features

We would like a django/react/mongodb developer to fix some bugs, redesign it and implement some features like:
-Admin panel
-affiliate system
-rake system/commission system
-metamask/walletconnect login and payments
- complete user hand history
-chat moderation system
-fix leaderboard
-fix player levels and achievements system
-fix tournament system
