Fix PDF Download Issue on Django + Next.js

I need help resolving a PDF download issue in my production environment.
Project Details:
- Frontend: Next.js
- Backend: Django (hosted on AWS EC2)
- PDF generation: pdfkit (previously from AWS S3, now dynamically generated)
Issue:
- PDF downloads work fine locally.
- In production, they fail with non-JSON %PDF-1.4 errors in browser.
Current Setup:
- Backend is correctly setting Content-Type: application/pdf and Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=...
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of CORS, Caddy/Django deployment, PDF generation, and Next.js fetch handling.
- Must be able to work immediately and provide a fast resolution.
