Sub-admin: Assists the admin in managing users, APIs, and configurations but with limited access to certain sensitive functionalities.
Employee: Responsible for day-to-day operations and customer support, with access to specific modules required for their tasks.
API Partner: Authorized third-party partner that can integrate their services with the platform using the provided APIs.
Whitelabel Partner: External entity allowed to customize and rebrand the platform for their own use, with limited access to core functionalities.
Super Distributor: Manages a network of distributors and retailers, with access to relevant modules for managing their operations.
Distributor: Sells financial products and services to retailers, with access to specific modules for managing their retailers and customers.
Retailer: Sells financial products and services directly to customers, with access to essential modules for managing their customers.
Customer: End users who utilize the platform's financial services.
