I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a finite element analysis program. The program should be written in Python with either Tkinter or Qt5 for the user interface, depending on your preference.

Key Features:
- The program will perform beam analysis in a 3D environment.
- Users can input section properties for each individual beam.
- The capability to define separate loads for each connection point.
- Support elements can be specified for every connection point.
- Results can be visually represented in color, specifically using heat maps for displacement and stress results.
- The program can accommodate any defined beam distributed load or force.
- A mesh quality can be generated for each element.
- All source codes and files will be shared with me after completion.
- The person who will write the program will be familiar with the stress and displacement formulas used in the background.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with creating user interfaces using Tkinter or Qt5.
