Fine-tuning and evaluating classifers

This project requires you to use the adult_chunk.csv file. Attached is a .py file with starter code and a word file containing the instructions. You will have to add code and write comments to the .py file as well as record the answers on the word file. Due date is tomorrow at the end of the day
