Fine tune Tortoise Voice Clone, to sound exactly like input voice

hi, does anyone know how to finetune tortoise tts, i am struggling to make it sound like the input voice.
if someone can finetune my voice for me , however if possible I prefer script and instructions that will enable me to do the finetuning on my own.
I am ok running the tortoise from cli, no graphical interface required...
I am open to other options like Nvidia NeMo, Coqui TTS and CorentiJ, as long as it works. Again no gui will be required.
