Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled developer agency to help us launch a Mini MVP for an ad campaign automation platform. The core of this MVP is a robust Django REST API with a PostgreSQL backend, deployed securely on Azure. The API will power a Flutter-based frontend (developed in parallel by our team) and must be integration-ready from day one.

What’s Already Done
UI/UX: Flutter screens and wireframes are ready (login, onboarding, dashboard, campaign manager, rule engine, etc.).
Backend Foundation: Initial Django project structure and some models exist.
Consultants: Our in-house backend developer and cloud data engineer will be available for domain guidance and code review.

What Needs to Be Built

1. Authentication & Session Management
Implement JWT authentication with refresh tokens.
Ensure session persistence (no repeated logins; refresh tokens must work seamlessly).
Secure user registration, login, and onboarding APIs.

2. Campaign Data APIs
CRUD endpoints for campaign data (list, filter, edit, update budget/bid/CPC, etc.).
Analytics endpoints for metrics like ROAS, Spend, ACoS, CTR, etc.
Inline editing support for campaign details.

3. Rule Engine
Endpoints for rule creation, scheduling (every 3 hours or custom), and execution.
Support for multi-condition filters, AND/OR logic, and actions (pause, bid change, negative keyword, etc.).
Rule rollback (restore campaigns to pre-rule state).
Rule templates (save/load/apply).
Strategy list API (list, edit, delete, schedule, status, next run, etc.).

4. Bid Genie Integration
Implement the Genius Bid formula as an API action.
Allow users to apply Bid Genie to selected campaigns and preview changes.

5. Cloud Deployment & DevOps
Deploy on Azure with:
SSL, scaling, and both staging/production environments.
Full CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Automated monitoring and alerting.

6. API Documentation & QA
Provide comprehensive Swagger/OpenAPI docs and a Postman collection.
Implement automated API tests (pytest, Postman, etc.).
Add Mixpanel (or similar) hooks for user engagement analytics.
Final handoff with all documentation and support for Flutter integration.

Milestones & Deliverables

Authentication & Session Management:
JWT, refresh tokens, onboarding APIs, Azure deployment

Campaign Data & Analytics APIs:
CRUD, analytics, inline editing, Azure deployment

Rule Engine Core:
Rule creation on multiple campaign selection, scheduling, execution, rollback, templates, strategy list

Payment: 65%

Bid Genie Integration:
Genius Bid API, campaign selection, preview/apply

Payment: 20%

Cloud QA, Docs, and Handover:
Swagger/Postman docs, automated tests, Mixpanel hooks, final Azure deployment

Payment: 15%

Each milestone must be deployed to Azure for live API testing and immediate Flutter integration.
