Find a way to uncompress a file context -- 2

Download the attach file and unzip，you‘ll see two files。dose.1_compress and dose.1_uncompress.I'll call them A(dose.1_compress) and B(dose.1_uncompress) for short,These two files are exported by the same software in different formats based on the same content.And i have code to parse file B to usable data ,but I can't to parse A to usable data,Based on my observations,file B (from line 39 to the end) are compressed from file A (from line 39 to the end).So,I need the code to convert the files like type B to files like file type A。
Has anyone who can help to uncompress the context.
