Find the ML developer familiar with Computer Vision and HDF5 library

I am looking for an expert ML developer familiar with Computer Vision and HDF5 library to help me with my Image Segmentation project. The project requires a developer with extensive experience in Python programming language. The ideal candidate should be familiar with image processing, feature extraction, and deep learning algorithms. The primary goal of this project is to segment an image into meaningful regions.
