I'm looking to develop a system that can analyze past financial data based on specified market conditions and generate probabilities.

Key Features:
- Inputting Market Conditions: The system should allow me to define particular market conditions as my criteria for the analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: The system will apply statistical analysis methods on the financial data.
- Output: The system should provide an output that indicates the probability based on the analysis.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or R, are essential.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in statistical analysis and financial data.
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for inputting market conditions.
