Few simple APIs added to an existing Django Application

I need a few simple api point added to an already existing Django app, MUST be familiar with docker as the project is developed in Docker. Apis include how a user can load all the receipts inside a database in their account, user email verification, password change, user uploading as many pictures into database, pictures being loaded from database. Apis need to work with the Docker. Docker file is already fully developed but you need to be familiar with Docker commands.
