Fetch stock quotes from MySQL and display on HighCharts

I am looking for a developer to help me fetch stock quotes from a MySQL database and display them on HighCharts using their Python library. You would need to use the "Highcharts® Stock" for this project, which is available from:

The MySQL table has six columns: Open, High, Low, Close, Buy/Sell Signal from Indicator 1 and Buy/Sell Signal from Indicator 2. I've attached the Excel file with the sample data and the structure of the MySQL table. You will need to display the Open, High, Low, and Close and denote the values from the Buy/Sell Signal from Indicator 1 and Buy/Sell Signal from Indicator 2 as an icon (i.e. green up arrow for value '1' and red down arrow for value '0').
Please note that you must be familiar with HighCharts and data integration to work on this project. I will send you the MySQL table schema structure and the inserts after the project is awarded. I am flexible with the timeframe for completing this project.
