Fedex Rates and Transit Times API Getting Started in Python

I need help in getting started with Fedex "Rates and Transit Times API". https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-ca/catalog/rate/v1/docs.html
This seems to be a simple and straight forward topic for someone who has worked on it earlier. Maybe only hurdle that I have is joining the dots i.e. authentication plus calling the webservice.
I need the following:
- Write a Python code to get Rates for a parcel with weight 10 KG to be shipped from CANADA postal code L5M0G2 to NY, USA Zip Code 10006
- I need working Python code that gets the response.
- I would need 15 minutes meeting/tutorial for understanding how to make the code work. (Authentication and all).
- I will provide my API Key, Secret Key and Shipping Account number for test environment.
