Feature upgrade of IBK API UI software

My developer has built a trading terminal for IBK with ib_sync and it is working very well, live.
However, he is no longer available and I need to implement some small new features. v1.1
The freelancer must have interactive brokers ib_sync experience and must have an IBK account to test the code in paper trading. I also use Jira for task tracking and GIT for version control. Testing is very important to me, especially regression testing for existing features, and functional testing for the new features. I want to avoid any new code, breaking existing functionality
