Fatigue Index Calculator
The Fatigue Risk Management Standard (NR/L2/OHS/003) contains a list of trigger conditions. When someone exceeds a trigger condition, there are specific fatigue risk management actions that need to happen. These are the trigger conditions that relate to FRI scores.
2.
Fatigue index should be no more than 35 for day shifts
• Fatigue index should be no more than 45 for night shifts
• Risk index scores should not be above 1.6
Most working patterns within Network Rail produce fatigue scores of less than 30-35 for day shifts and 40-45 for night shifts.

Web Admin Portal
1. After purchase subscription the admin can login to the portal via web or via app and will see below options to chose.
2.Can manage workers and their roles based on duties, teams, projects, clients and sites.
3.Can set up company profile including post codes of the main office or branches or departments.
4.Establish staff profiles by name, designation, and location (office or home-based if they work from home)
5.Workers have the option of opting out of the European Working Time Directive limits (EWTD limits).
6.Can set working time and HSE Fatigue Risk Index Score limits for all staff or different limits to individuals as per requirement.
================
Mobile App Features
1. Supervisors can amend hours for their team and complete risk assessments.
2. Perfect for emergency shift changes or extending hours on the job. Fatigue scores will be automatically recalculated and flag any breaches that the shift change may incur.
3. Breaches will automatically flag a risk assessment where it can be completed instantly on the phone. And send nonfiction to the admin via email.
4. Worker app will only show the individual's roster. It allows shifts to be edited if needed which recalculates fatigue scores and allows a risk assessment to be completed.
5. Immediate visibility to last minute changes and any breaches that may occur meaning a fully compliant solution.
6. Apps work Offline so it doesn’t matter if there is no internet connection in remote areas. Once the connection stablished the data will Sync automatically.
