FastAPI backend developer with Django/Docker/NoSql
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
Need backend dev with Fastapi, htmlx, pydantic, sqlmodel, sqlalchemy, docker, mongo, PostgreSQL, Django (for Admin pages) or similar fastapi admin package, etc
The gig is to create a web backend with :
Oauth (google+FB initially) + jwt authentication,
capture some user info and include some features like privacy warnings using middleware layer
Service subscription module to allow user to access the service (year, month, etc)
Payment thru PayPal, Stripe and maybe square
And core of the service that is to perform searches on video provider(s) and capture the video (metadata) info like url for video, thumbnail, resolutions, etc, initially for YouTube using existing library youtubesearch and later for other video provider like fb, instagram, etc. this is to support video creators to manage videos used on final videos, but basically a fancy playlist with search capabilities.
So if this sounds like your everyday development for you, please apply, otherwise please don’t as you will end up with a bad review, little tired of ppl applying and either cancelling their account or just straight giving up on the most basic of tasks.
Client will be Svelte (not that this matters for our backend)

We work on a scrum like environment, so we pass features, you code and commit, we test it and move on to the next tasks or adjust/correct the existing tasks till is completed. Prefer devs with TDD experience, so that we dont have to repeat testing on what is already working.
