Family Tree web application (django & postrgreSQL database)

I am looking to build a dynamic web application that will enable users to access and manage family tree information. This will require data persistence; as such, I am looking to use a PostgreSQL database to store user data and information. This project requires an experienced programmer with expertise in Django and PostgreSQL. The web application must also be secure, robust, and optimized for both performance and scalability. Delivering a quality product that meets the desired specifications and expectations is paramount for this project. I already have family tree application for single user now I want to expand for multiple Tennant. Application will be with basic features.
