Familiar with Finance and programming? Portfolio management system for inhouse -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Me = AM (asset manager)
New client = ClientX
PART 1.
ClientX is my new client and he wants to put $100,000 in the fund.
I need to have his details (name, bank account, the management fees, etc).
He then transfers the money to our account. Once the money is there, AM buys StockY fpr 50% ($50,000) and StockZ for 50% ($50,000).
PART 2.
After 1 month, StockY has increased in value 10% and StockZ has decreased 5%. So new value of ClientX is:
StockY = 50,000*1.1 = 55,000
StockZ = 50,000*0.95= 47,500
Total asset for ClientX= 55,000+47,500= 102,500.
So in a monthly report we have to show him/her things like.
Asset allocation:
StockY=55,000/102,500=53.6%
StockZ=47,500/102,500=46.4%
ROI (return on investment):
2,500/100,000=2,5%
And we have to have a chart of the progress monthly.
Hope i explained my self hehe
