Facebook Posting Bot

I'm looking for a bot that can post messages and images to my Facebook friends and groups. The bot should randomly select from a list of different messages and images for friends and groups, but also have the ability to post the same content to both.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Understanding of Facebook's API and posting rules
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for content management
