Face detection using faster rcnns and comparing it with the results of yolo

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a project involving facial detection using faster R-CNNs and comparing it to the results of Yolo. This project is for personal use and I expect a high level of accuracy in the results. The evaluation will be based on images rather than videos. The end goal is to get the most accurate facial detection from the models provided. The freelancer should be knowledgeable of the two models and should have a thorough understanding of how they work and how to use them. They should also be able to come up with suggestions to improve the model accuracy and be able to adjust settings in order to achieve the desired result. In addition, I need the freelancer to evaluate the current performance of the model and point out any unexpected results.
