Face Recognition Application

We are looking for an experienced developer to create a custom face recognition software that can match faces in a new set of images with a pre-existing database. The software will need to perform the following tasks:[also see the attached PDF for more info]

Main Requirements:
1. Face Detection: Implement face detection using OpenCV or similar libraries to locate and extract faces from images.
2. Face Recognition: Develop a face recognition system using deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch) to recognize faces. You are encouraged to leverage pre-existing resources, such as pre-trained models, to accelerate development.
3. Database Management: Set up and manage a database to store image metadata from two sources:
* Database 1: Contains a set of known faces
* Database 2: New images to be compared with Database 1
please note one of the Data based will have images that is manually bulk uploaded and other will have images uploaded though a link.

4. Image Matching: Compare the recognized faces in Database 2 with those in Database 1 using face embeddings and a similarity metric (e.g., cosine similarity).
5. Email Integration: Configure the software to send an email notification with the matched face images to a registered email address using Python and the smtplib library.

1. Scalability and Efficiency: Consider making the system scalable and efficient for handling a large number of images.
2. Testing and Evaluation: Thoroughly test the software to ensure the accuracy of face recognition and email functionalities.
