Face Detection and Tracking Project

I'm in need of a skilled developer to create a robust face detection and tracking system for my project.

This system should:

- Accurately detect faces in real-time
- Implement a tracking mechanism for the detected faces
- Be versatile and adaptable for various scenarios

This need to be done on rtsp stream on cpu only there is no gpu available, cpu will be intel so openvino can be used.
