SOFTWARE SOLUTION
The work requires to implement a software application in python to
solve Medical Diagnosis problems by calculating probabilities of Stroke and Heart Disease from data. This work is bases on implementation and comparison of following algorithms:
Discrete Bayesian Networks
Gaussian Bayesian Networks
Rejection sampling
Likelihood weighting
Gibbs sampling
Conditional independent tests
Network scores
Hybrid algorithm
REPORT
A report of 3 pages (excluding references) using the IEEE template provided is required. This report should indicate and justify the methods used for implementing the tasks for above mentioned software solution.
