Eyes contour detection script

I'm looking for a talented programmer to write an eyes contour detection script in Python for the Windows operating system. The script should use industry-standard libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV and TensorFlow, or OpenEDS dataset, which are designed to help with the automation of many common tasks within this field. The project should take no more than three weeks to complete, depending on your experience and comfort with the platform.
I need to get coordinates about eye contours, pupils contours and pupil centers from a cropped video containing only eyes region.
