Eye Tracking video processing in python

I have some MP4 videos that contain a target and eye tracked gaze at 9 locations. I'd like a python program that will export to CSV the distance from the gaze point center to the target center in X, Y-directions for each position and for each frame of the video so that I can perform statistical analysis. There are two styles of gaze point markers (large blue circle & small red circle). The code should be able to handle both types of markers. See two example videos attached. Please include comments in the code so that I can follow and modify in the future.
