Eye Controlled Mouse

I am looking to develop an eye-controlled mouse device, with the primary use to be for educational purposes. To do this, I need a reliable, up-to-date device equipped with eye tracking capabilities and supported by Windows operating systems. The eye-controlled mouse device can identify the direction in which the user's eyes are looking and and interpret this as a cursor movement and mouse clicks accordingly. This device can be used by those with disabilities or physical impediments, and will provide the ability to use a regular computer mouse with the simple subbing of gaze. My goal is to create a device that can be used for educational purposes, and potentially for gaming, and office use.
