Extracting map from QGIS using python

Thank you for looking into my project.
I am looking for a freelancer who can write a script in Python to extract a map from QGIS and save it to a shape file. (.shp) The shape file will be used to do an analysis using R or Python.
The shapefile contains detailed information of houses in my city. The current process is organized manually and I am looking for some automation.
The extracted output file should contain the postal code + house number and the polygon to render the object on the map.
Compensation can be negotiated also I am open to discuss other tools than QGIS.
