Extracting Family data in Revit using Python

I am looking to find contractor who can extract all the family dtat froma revit project using python programming. Experience working with Autodesk Revit, Revit API and Python is a requirement.

The outcome for this project will be an excel file with the Parameters and all available values for each parameter.
