I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a basic Python application to extract study values from TradeStation charts using the TradeStation Web API. The project requires the following:

- Extracting Indicators from the TradeStation charts
- Real-time updates of the extracted data
- No processing or analysis of the data is needed
