Extract / Scrape Maps from Google Earth API and GeoPortal API + Run & Merge as a Python/PDF Report

I have a project to automate current document creation using webscraping but mainly of map images and some data, using APIS to Google Maps and GeoPortal maps.
We currently analyse blocks of land by searching in geoportal and google earth for specific lands referred to us.
The process required is as follows:
1) required action is to parse in a search field (land number) number to geoportal (site or via their api) and then capture screenshots for export to Word (or similar). IN same process scrap some specific data strings from on the webpage.
2) scrape the land gps coordinates from geoportal and then parse this into google earh api.
3) extract maps from google earth/maps using the gps
3) parse the gps coordinate to run a pdf report from a website called GSA atlas which auto generates reports on request
4) save the combined outputs into a python or PDF generated report and merge into an accessible documet.
This is a job that we would run multiple times over so needs to be easily executed/ hosted script.
Sample output and a video of the current manual process can be provided.
